January 9, 2025, the third China Plastic Film Industry High-Quality Development Conference was grandly held in Suqian, Jiangsu. The conference was hosted by the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, organized by Jiangsu Shuangxing Color Plastic New Materials Co., Ltd., and representatives from upstream and downstream units of the film industry chain, as well as personnel from the China Plastics Association Secretariat and related branches, with nearly 300 people attending the meeting.
Zhang Xianyan, the Party Secretary of the Lakefront New District Committee in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province,delivered a speech. The Lakefront New District, as the core area of the membrane material industry in Suqian City, is committed to building a leading national base for membrane materials with a complete range of varieties, and to promoting the industry towards high-end, intelligent, and green development. He looks forward to sharing the fruits of development with industry peers and wishes for the success of this conference.
Wu Peifu, President of the Jiangsu Plastics Processing Industry Association and Chairman of Shuangxing New Materials, delivered a welcoming speech. Chairman Wu emphasized the crucial role of the plastic film industry in the national economy and highlighted the urgency for the industry to accelerate transformation and upgrading to achieve high-quality development in response to new era challenges. He expressed Shuangxing New Materials' determination to work hand in hand with industry peers to jointly propel China's plastic film industry to a higher level.
Wang Zhanjie, part-time vice president of China Light Industry Federation and chairman of China Plastics Processing Industry Association, delivered the opening speech.
